Whole White Wheat Flour
Whole White Wheat Flour is milled from whole grain hard white winter wheat. White wheat is basically the same as red wheat, except that it has no major genes for bran color. Not only is white wheat flour lighter in color, it is also milder in flavor as it lacks the strongly-flavored phenolic compounds present in red wheat. There is no significant difference in nutritional value between red and white wheat.
